CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do not contact your barber directly. You can make changes through Whiskey (our digital concierge) or by clicking the “View Reservation” link in your confirmation email at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
We understand that life happens.
• First no-show: You get a courtesy pass.
• Multiple no-shows: Your card on file will be charged 100% of the service price.

NO CALL / NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. For first-time offenders, Speakeasy offers a courtesy pass.
However, repeated no-show appointments will result in the full service fee being charged to the card on file.
We kindly ask that you notify us whenever possible so we can offer your time slot to another guest.

LATE POLICY
We value punctuality and strive to provide every guest with a premium, unrushed experience.
We offer a 5-minute courtesy window for late arrivals.
• If you arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened service or a modified experience, depending on the remaining time in the schedule.
For services longer than 20 minutes:
Arrivals beyond 5 minutes may still be accommodated at the barber’s discretion, but the full service or full experience may not be possible.
For services 15 minutes or shorter:
Due to the short time frame, we cannot accommodate late arrivals beyond 5 minutes.
Arrivals over 5 minutes late for these services will be considered a no-show.
This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule and respect every guest’s appointment.

CHILDREN POLICY
While we genuinely appreciate your children, Speakeasy Barber Lounge may not be the most suitable environment for young children.
Because we serve alcohol and aim to maintain a calm, relaxing atmosphere, we do not offer haircuts for children under 13 years old.
Our goal is to provide a serene, safe, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

PARKING INFORMATION
Downtown parking can be limited, so we recommend arriving early.
Available options include:
• Two parking lots on the northeast side of the building
• Metered street parking on 17th St and Blake St
• Metered parking along Blake St
• A paid parking lot directly next to our location
We currently do not offer parking validation.
Arriving early also gives you time to enjoy a drink or a game of pool before your appointment.
